Please note that following these tips is crucial for maintaining the beauty of your jewelry and not voiding your warranty.

Maintenance Tips:

Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Protect your jewelry from extreme temperatures, as sudden changes can affect its luster and structure.
Regular Cleaning: Clean your jewelry regularly using a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt and oils. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Handle with Care: Treat your jewelry gently, avoiding bending or putting excessive pressure on delicate parts. This ensures longevity and prevents damage.
Water Exposure: While our items are water-resistant, prolonged exposure to excessive water may tarnish all types of Gold. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming or bathing to maintain its brilliance.

Warranty Policy:

Your Jewel Status jewelry is covered by a 6-month warranty, protecting you against all faults and defects. However, please note that this warranty does not cover accidental breaks, wear and tear, scratches, tarnishes, or faded jewelry.

-If another jeweler undertakes work on our jewelry (including resizing and repairs) our warranty will be voided.

Faulty Items:

In the rare event of a fault, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with proof of purchase, a detailed description, and clear photos of the damaged item.
Return Process: If deemed a fault, the item will need to be returned to our jewelry inspector for assessment. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Resolution: If the jewelry was purchased from our stock list, we will expedite the next available order. However, for custom or made-to-order items, there may be a waiting period for production.
